All steel used by RBC in our agricultural and industrial construction projects is manufactured in-house in our custom built steel fabrication workshop.
All steel structures are fabricated in the workshop using the highest quality steel, which can be shot-blasted, primed and spray painted or hot-dip galvanized. Designs are carried out using the latest CAD software, so our clients can see a 3D model of their product or building. We pride ourselves on the quality of the work and all steel fabrications are CE-certified to EN1090 Execution Class 2.
From 1st July 2014, it became a legal requirement for all fabricated structural steelwork delivered to site to be CE marked. In order to comply with the regulations, steelwork contractors must have an Execution Class equal to or greater than that required for a project. By achieving accreditation in these standards, RBC has the ability to fabricate all types of structural steel to the highest quality and functional standards.
Our highly skilled team of steel fabricators have decades of industry experience, and we combine knowledge and expertise to provide quality steel products with quick turnaround times.
